You made me curious enough to try to figure it out, and gave me something to do on an otherwise boring Sunday afternoon. The inscription reads;

"To thy dear memory, darling, and my own,
I would in grief this monumental stone;
All that it tells of life in death is thine,
All that it tells of death in life is mine;
For that which made thy pure spirit blest,
By anguish deep has brought my soul unrest
You dying, live to find a life divine
I living, die till death shall make you mine."

It is the tomb of Mrs. Louise Kirby Platt. The first lines sounded familiar, so I looked it up on Google and found her name. Also what the inscription actually said, since I couldn't read some of it. It can be found in Google books, "Historical Collections of Ohio" by Henry Howe.
